Refund policy

Memberships

All scheduled charges are final and are non-refundable if the client’s cancellation request is made less than 14 business days (Monday-Friday) before the client’s bill date, or after their bill date.

All prepaid memberships, including 6-month, 3-month, or any custom made memberships are purchased with the understanding that the discount applied to those memberships is made in good faith and with the understanding that it represents a long-term commitment and are therefore non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Membership Cancellation Policy

In order to terminate services, the client must notify their coach at least 14 business days (Monday-Friday) before the next scheduled payment in their billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellation requests may not be post-dated.

Memberships cannot be placed on hold. If you’d like to take a break from coaching please follow our cancellation policy to stop coaching services at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds (if applicable)

Membership fees are non-refundable.

If you see a charge post cancellation, or have a concern that could warent a return, please send an email to hannahnull@insideoutnutritionusa.com. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your emial to review. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 buisness day amount of days.
