We use three modes of communication selected by you as the client:

Zoom

Video calls allows face-to-face meetings and easy education by utilizing screen share.

These check in calls are booked on your time schedule through the scheduling link you’ll recieve when you start.

Email

Meeting recap, weekly journals, resources, general communication, and requests all returned within 1 buisness day.

Text

Prompt communications between you and your coach for both weekly check ins, questions, last minute suggestion, or simply just words of encouragement.

FAQs

Responsibilities of the client:

  • Every membership option is accompanied by a monthly 15-minute check-in and in-body. It is the

    client’s responsibility to schedule their own appointments via online scheduling

  • Meals will be programmed into the app within a minimum of 5 days prior. Please look ahead in case there are questions or concerns. This will ensure I am able to make any necessary changes in time. Request for adjustments will be completed within 24 hours.

  • Cancelation policy-

    We require 14 days’ notice from bill date before ending your plan. If two weeks are not

    given, you will be charged for the upcoming month.

  • If there are concerns on payment, feel free to contact via email or in person at hannahnull@insideoutnutritionusa.com.

  • Regarding eating out- We are more than happy to direct you on what to order when eating out, but request at least a 12 hour notice minimum. Upgrades for quicker response are available upon request.

  • Cheat meals and refeed days- We will program cheat meals in once a month, if not otherwise requested, but if there are events or a special occasion coming up, please let me know in a timely manner, so it can be planned for.

My commitment to my clients:

• We strive to be as accessible as possible to all our clients at any time of day, however, we request at least 24 hours to respond to any text or email.

  • All nutrition plans include a weekly accountability check-in. This will come from a 77222 text number. Please be consistent in responding for any needed changes to keep you on track.

  • Our goal is to create meals that are enjoyable, if there is anything you do not like, please email me, and I will switch it out within 24 hours.

  • If you are craving any food, or just want to clear out your fridge. Please let your coach know over email and I will do my best to accommodate your requests within the next meal plan.

  • I acknowledge that the field of nutrition and weight loss is a still developing and changing and there is always more I can learn. Thus, I commit to always doing the research from evidence- based sources in order to find the correct weight loss plan for every individualized client.

Other information:

  • For all meal plans, a food scale is required for accurate measurements. Foods will be specified whether they are to be measured dry or cooked within the ingredients section of the app.

  • All protein powders are just suggestions. If you want to switch out the brand for one you own or prefer, please send your coach a text or email with the label of your current brand.

  • We are more than happy to accommodate the use of meal prep services for meals given they provide the nutritional information of their products.

  • Your meal plan can be accessed on the computer at https://cronometer.com/ or through the cronometer app denoted by an orange apple target.

  • Brands-specific foods are used to ensure consistency in the calories and macros of the programmed foods. If you can’t find a certain brand let your coach know. I have made sure that all groceries can be found at Walmart and almost every mainstream grocery store and Kroger affiliate. (If you are interested having a grocery list created and food delivered, it is available for an increased monthly cost)

  • Seasoning food is encouraged. Season to taste preferences and ask for suggestions if you need help.

  • We suggest ordering food online for pick up or searching your grocery store for the food items, so you don’t have to search around the store for new brands.

  • Cooking instructions are written with an assumption of basic cooking skills, if you feel that you lack basics, please let your coach know.

  • If there are problems with the app, please notify your coach as soon as possible.

  • Ingredients listed in the app are denoted by the red apple and the amount are listed on the far right with a number and the unit.
